You must register for an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SubCode Africa cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Distributing malware or other malicious code
• Engaging in unauthorized access to servers or networks
• Transmitting spam or unsolicited communications

SubCode Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
